We can also acquire 100% of a company from a retiring owner.

We retain the employees and management teams of the companies we partner with and provide the resources needed for growth and to better serve customers and employees.

What We Look For

Strong leadership and significant market share within service areas
Minimum annual revenue of $750,000 in grease and septic service revenue
Strong culture and a long operating history with long-tenured employees
Long-standing customer relationships
Ability and willingness to scale through a combination of organic growth, investments, and strategic acquisitions
